These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TyreLab (the "Service"), provided by Buddy Soft Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TyreLab is a subscription-based application for managing tyre shops and wheel-alignment workshops — including alignment records, billing, customers, vehicles and team access.

2. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for all activity under your shop's account.
• Access is via a numeric MPin per user. Keep your PIN confidential; you are responsible for safeguarding it.
• You must ensure your staff use the Service in line with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• New shops start with a free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.
• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed via Razorpay. Prices are shown before purchase and may be revised with notice.
• Access may be restricted if a subscription lapses, except for renewal-related functions.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter (customers, vehicles, bills, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of your customers' information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the Service, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Buddy Soft Solutions and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Availability & disclaimer

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data entry errors, or third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data, subject to law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [your city/state]. Please update this clause to your registered place of business.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
